i-DIAS speaker policies are one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by i-DIAS conferences LLC. This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regard to the information that they shared and/or collect in i-DIAS. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to delegates, speakers or attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.
For Security purpose, The Invitation Letter will be sent to only those individuals who had registered for the conference.
Keeping given increased security measures, We would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as Possible. i-DIAS conferences LLC will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for a business visa only. Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of i-DIAS including the inability to obtain a Visa.
If visa is not awarded in time to travel for the event, the full registration fee will be reimbursed. In this case, the visa rejection letter is required for the reimbursement to be processed.
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of THE REGISTRANT
If i-DIAS cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. you may use this credit for another i-DIAS event which must occur within ONE YEAR from the date of cancellation. All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to ( Contact@idias.org )

To cancel your registration for the Conference, please send an email to contact@idias.org notifying the i-DIAS TEAM of your decision :
» Within 90-60 days before the Conference : Eligible for 50% of Payment Refund.
» Before 60 days of Conference : Not eligible for Refund.
NOTE : All kind of refunds will be processed in the second week, after the completion of the conference.
