To submit your abstract, please send an email to Contact@idias.org with the conference name and dates in the subject line. Make sure to follow the guidelines provided on the conference website and use the abstract template provided. Your abstract will be reviewed by our scientific committee to ensure that it is original and does not contain any plagiarism. Once your abstract is accepted, you will be notified via email. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your interest in our conference.

Continuing Education (CE) Credits, an Attendance Certificate, ID Cards, Buffet Lunch, Coffee Breaks, Free Wi-Fi, Conference Proceedings, and a Scientific Program. Additionally, we will be providing a Hotel Shuttle Service from the airport to the hotel for the convenience of our attendees. As a not-for-profit organization, we unfortunately do not have the resources to fully fund all of our speakers. However, we do offer some limited funding opportunities for select speakers, and we encourage all potential speakers.

We also provide various benefits to our speakers, such as complimentary registration and discounts on accommodations, to help offset some of their expenses. We believe that our conferences provide an excellent platform for our speakers to showcase their work and connect with other professionals in their field.

Therefore, we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot at the conference and avoid any potential last-minute issues.

The conference organizers will determine the time slot and schedule for each speaker based on various factors, such as the topic of the presentation, the length of the presentation, and the overall agenda for the event.

Ultimately, the conference organizers will have their own criteria and reasons for selecting you as a speaker, so it’s best to reach out to them directly for more information about why they believe you are qualified to speak at the event.

To register for the conference, please visit the conference website and navigate to the “Register” tab. Select the appropriate category for your registration, and fill in all of the required fields in the registration form. Once you have completed the form, you can process your registration online using a credit or debit card, or PayPal. We also accept bank or wire transfers, and you can contact us at contact@idias.org if you would like to register using these payment methods.
